Abstract
The research group will 1) develop animal models for 2019-nCoV, 2) verify the usefulness of human monoclonal antibody established from 2019-nCoV-infected patients, and 3) prepare a gene vaccine that encodes the spike (S) protein, a coronavirus protective antigen. The effectiveness of the vaccine will be verified by using animal models.
